NCAHMA Develops New White Paper

The National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts (NCAHMA), an independent council within NH&RA, is putting together a white paper that will detail the suggested scope of study for the preparation of a market study for a proposed low-income housing tax credit project. The white paper will include specifics on what areas should be researched and addressed, and describe the differences between an effective market study and a poor one.
