Arizona Solicits Applications for Funds      

The Arizona Department of Housing has issued a notice to solicit applications by 12/15/09 for funds available under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program for the redevelopment of foreclosed multifamily rental housing projects to serve persons at or below 50% of the area median income.

Oregon Announces Awards      

Oregon Gov. Ted Kulongoski on 9/30/09 announced reservations totaling $28.6 million in federal Tax Credit Assistance Program and credit exchange funds to assist the completion of 17 low-income housing tax credit projects located throughout the state. The projects will provide 725 affordable rental units.

North Carolina Issues Second Draft of QAP      

The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency has issued the second draft of its qualified allocation plan for its 2010 low-income housing tax credit program, and a summary of proposed changes.
