New Jersey Issues Proposed 2008 QAP

The New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency has issued its proposed 2008 qualified allocation plan (QAP) for its low-income housing tax credit program, and is accepting written comments on it through 4/19/08. A public hearing on it is scheduled for 3/7/08 and a QAP Workshop for 3/11/08. Both will be in Trenton. Funding round application deadline dates haven’t been finalized, but are anticipated for late April and mid-August 2008.
