AHIC Elects New Officers, Board Members

Members of the Affordable Housing Investors Council (AHIC) elected new officers for 2008, and new board members, at their 2007 Annual Meeting in mid-October in Scottsdale, AZ.
For 2008, AHIC’s officers are: Elizabeth Stohr, US Bancorp CDC, President; Patrick Nash, JP Morgan Capital Corporation, Vice President; Rosalyn Ciulla, Key Community Development, Secretary; and Donald Phelan, Babson Capital Management, Treasurer.
New board members, elected to three-year terms, included: Leila Ahmadifar, Citibank Community Development; Jill Edward, Merrill Lynch CDC; and Sindy Spivak, Bank of America.
AHIC, a nonprofit organization whose members are corporations and institutions that invest in affordable housing, will hold its next meeting on April 9-11, 2008 in Washington, DC.
