Historic Preservation Council Provides Update

Members of the National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts (NCAHMA), a part of NH&RA, are putting together a white paper that will detail the suggested scope of study for the preparation of a market study for a proposed low-income housing tax credit project. This will include specifics on what areas should be researched and addressed, and describe the differences between a good market study and a poor one.

In other activity, NCAHMA will be conducting market study training for tax credit staff of the Florida Housing Finance Corporation.
