HUD Issues FY 2009 Operating Cost Adjustment Factors

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) on 11/10/08 in the Federal Register published new operating cost adjustment factors for Fiscal Year 2009. These are to be used to adjust Section 8 project rents renewed under Section 524 of the Multifamily Assisted Housing Reform and Affordability Act of 1997. The new OCAFs are effective 2/11/09.
