National LIHTC Pool Figures Issued

New IRS Revenue Procedure 2008-57 specifies awards of an additional $4.16 million in low-income housing tax credit authority to 28 states from the 2008 “national pool.” This pool is funded by unused housing credit authority from various state housing credit agencies. This year’s awards range from $13,478 for North Dakota and Vermont, to $518,587 for Texas. Missing from the list is California, normally on each year’s list receiving the largest award. read more…
