North Carolina Agency Makes Awards to Projects

Tax Credit Advisor, December 2009: The North Carolina Housing Finance Agency recently presented its Housing North Carolina Awards to five housing developments. The awards recognize outstanding affordable properties that can be models for other communities. The winners were: Barrington Village, in Raleigh, developed by Builders of Hope; Enka Hills, Enka, Asheville Habitat for Humanity; The Pointe at Taylor Estates and Robert R. Taylor Senior Homes, Wilmington, Housing and Economic Opportunities, Inc.; Families Together in Charlotte, YWCA Central Carolinas; and Fifth Street Shelter, Statesville, Diakonos, Inc.
