Colorado Publishes New LIHTC Green Building Criteria
The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority has published its new Green Communities Criteria and Certification Form. Beginning in 2010, to be eligible for low-income housing tax credits from CHFA, a project must comply with all of the mandatory provisions of the Green Communities criteria.

Alaska Solicits Grant Applications
The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation has announced that it will be soliciting applications for grant funds available for special needs housing projects. The application deadline is 1/9/10. The agency will hold a teleconference on the RFQ for the Special Needs Housing Grant round on 12/3/09.
