Uniform Standards Are Recommended for Market Studies

Tax Credit Advisor, September 2011: One conceptual proposal by the Rental Policy Working Group recommends a set of uniform national standards for market studies for affordable rental housing projects, largely based upon those developed by the National Council of Affordable Housing Market Analysts (NCAHMA), a Council of the National Housing & Rehabilitation Association.
